2. Products

We sell magic tricks, props, accessories, and related products.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However:

• slight variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur
• product images are for illustrative purposes only
• specifications may occasionally change without notice

Some products may contain batteries, small parts, magnets, sharp components, or other materials requiring careful handling.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• use products safely and appropriately
• follow any instructions provided
• ensure products are kept away from young children where unsuitable

Products are intended for lawful use only.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

A legally binding contract is only formed when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel orders
• limit quantities
• correct pricing errors
• cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
• We are not VAT registered
• Payment must be made in full at checkout

We currently accept payment via:

• credit/debit card (processed securely via Stripe)
• Apple Pay
• PayPal

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

Please refer to our Delivery Policy for information regarding:

• shipping destinations
• delivery estimates
• customs and import charges
• tracking
• lost or delayed parcels

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fancy Phoenix shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
